YOUTH SERVICES

Rotary believes in developing the next generation of leaders. Our programs help younger leaders build leadership skills, expand education and learn the value of service.

Interact clubs

Interact clubs bring together young people ages 12-18 to develop leadership skills and learn about the world through service projects and activities.

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards

RYLA is a leadership development program for young people who want to learn new skills, build their confidence, and have fun. Events range from one-day seminars to weeklong camps.

Rotary Youth Exchange

Rotary Youth Exchange builds peace one young person at a time. Students learn a new language, discover another culture, and truly become global citizens. Exchanges for students ages 15-19 are sponsored by Rotary clubs in more than 100 countries.

New Generations Service Exchange

New Generations Service Exchange is a short-term, customizable program for university students and professionals up to age 30. Participants can design exchanges that combine their professional goals with a humanitarian project.

INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS

Our commitment to service knows no bounds. Through our International Projects, we extend our reach beyond borders, partnering with communities around the world to address pressing humanitarian challenges. From clean water initiatives to healthcare projects and disaster relief efforts, we collaborate with local organizations and Rotary clubs to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need, fostering goodwill and understanding across cultures.

BENEFICIARIES REGISTER

The heart of our work lies in the impact we create. Our Beneficiaries Registers serve as a testament to the lives we touch and the communities we uplift. From individuals in need of assistance to organisations striving to make a difference, our registers capture the stories of hope and transformation that define our collective journey of service.

CLUB HISTORY

Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Mt Gravatt, the Rotary Club of Carindale was formed through the

hard work of Owen West, supported by Mel Langley and Max Cribb. Interest meetings commenced

in March 2000 and the Club was chartered on 31st May 2000 with 22 members.
